in my oppinion, the easiest approach would be to attach a wireless router to your pc and let it manage that adsl connection as a proxy, connecting your nokia to that same network via wifi (dhcp server would designate a new ip for your nokia automaticaly, no need for aditional setups). if you don't have an available router, though, you can try to create a new connection on your control panel/network connections,accepting incoming connections and share the internet connection this way. encrypting the connection itself might be a bit tricky, though. hope it helps.
