I have a Wi-Fi card in my computer. The house where I live has cable Internet access. Therefore, with the Wi-Fi card in my computer, I also have it. It is an unsecured Wi-Fi signal. I don't need a WEP key number or anything like that. I can access the signal using my computer or my Internet Tablet. If you are in a Wi-Fi hot spot and the signal is unsecured, you should not have any trouble accessing it. If the signal is secured, you will need a WEP key number to access the signal. But, once that key is saved to your mobile device, you should be able to access the signal automatically.
